About Sally Helen Payne Sally studied an Art and Design Foundation course at Loughborough University, followed by an HND in Textile Design at Somerset College of Art. After a number of years working as a PR and marketing consultant in the area of entertainment publicity, brand and corporate identity, Sally then studied interior design at Chelsea College of Art, London. Sally’s design projects have included domestic, retail and bar-restaurant interiors.
